Reading Tutoring Opportunity for Eligible Families

$400 Reading Tutoring Opportunity for Eligible Families

Rogers ISD families:

If your child scored “Did Not Meet Grade Level” on the spring 2026 third-grade Reading Language Arts STAAR, you may apply for a $400 tutoring account through the Texas Education Agency’s Parent Access to Supplemental Supports (PASS) program.Eligible students must currently attend a Texas public school. This opportunity is based on last spring’s third-grade assessment, so it generally applies to students now in fourth grade.The account pays for reading and literacy tutoring through TEA-approved providers.

How to apply:

  1. Visit PASS.

  2. Create a parent account and submit an application for your child.

  3. Once approved, select an approved tutor.

This tutoring provides additional support alongside the services your child receives at school.
